Phoenix, AZ - Changing Hands Books hosts Where's Waldo Scavenger Hunt in July. Find Waldo in Phoenix featured 25 great local shops in the hunt with prizes for participants and a Waldo Grand Celebration on July 25th at Changing Hands in Phoenix.
Valley residents picked up their Shop Local Find Waldo Here Passports at one the participating shops and excitedly discovered new and favorite destinations around town. "It is a great way to stay cool and active in the sweltering summer heat," said one participant.
"We have seen lots of new faces that say they will come back and shop from this event" says, Lisa Olson of Practical Art in Phoenix. "It's been fun! We have let the person that finds Waldo be the person that hides him next."
The hunt brought people of all ages together to celebrate a beloved children's book series Where's Waldo brought to life. You can pick up the books at Changing Hands Books Store or check it out at the Phoenix Public Library.
Residents across the valley are looking forward to this being an annual event.
