Plant Your Seeds
“Plant Your Seeds. Protect Your Gardens. Protect Your Whole Body.”
Today the little one in our lives shared some insight.
We were creating a flyer for a market. I like to ask for her feedback and ideas on the creation of things for the business.
I asked her, “What would you like to tell people?”
She spontaneously said: “Plant your seeds, Protect your gardens, Protect your whole body.”
She paused for a moment… and asked me, “Did you write all that down?”
I smiled and said, “Yes.”
Her comments are so simple and so profound.
The power of a seed as a life source and also an idea are emmense.
A garden is a cultivated space of the mind and a place to grow things.
The body and its health are a reflection of our thoughts and actions, what we have fed it and the environment it is in.
Indeed, we all need to be diligent to protect our gardens and our bodies and our seeds.
Does this little girls input mean anything special to you?
